French infrastructure operator SNCF Réseau has tendered the supply of road-rail vehicles. This involves the procurement of large-capacity road-rail maintenance vehicles for the overhead contact line (Lorrys Automoteur Maintenance Caténaire, LAMC). The goal of the procurement is to be able to respond to a crisis situation. In particular, the delivery of three LAMCs for the two zones Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Auvergne-Nivernais is required by 1st June 2024 as the final deadline. The order is divided into two lots. The first lot comprises two LAMCs for the Auvergne-Nivernais zone, including one vehicle as an option, and the second lot comprises one LAMC for the Nord-Pas de-Calais zone, also with one vehicle as an option. A bidder cannot be awarded both lots.
