Italian track construction company Salcef has reached an agreement with the Ventura family for the acquisition of Rome-based railway construction and maintenance company Francesco Ventura Costruzioni Ferroviarie (FVCF). The acquisition is expected to be completed in the coming weeks. The transaction includes an enterprise value of €70 million.
