Italian track construction company Salcef is acquiring Italian rail construction machinery and shunting locomotive manufacturer Colmar Technik for €25 million. A preliminary purchase agreement has been signed, and Salcef will acquire 100% of Colmar Technik's share capital. €2 million has already been paid at the signing of the preliminary agreement and the remaining amount is expected to be settled at the completion of the transaction in August 2023.
