Readypower Group, a provider of specialist track construction equipment as well as civil engineering, drainage, transport, and operational services to the UK rail sector, is acquiring Total Rail Solutions (TRS), a provider of on-track plant (OTP) hire. TRS has been struggling financially due to a difficult market situation and recent cancellations, which is why Readypower Group has acquired 100% of the share capital. A process to integrate TRS into Readypower Group is to be started by the end of December 2023.
