Railway machinery manufacturer Plasser & Theurer has won a contract for the delivery of two tamping machines for railway construction to the railway construction machinery rental company RB Solutions. In turn, RB Solutions will lease these machines to Swedish railway construction company Infranord. The machines, which are currently still in production, are scheduled to be ready for operation in Sweden at the beginning of 2026. The procurement is part of a collaboration between RB Solutions and Infranord based on a ten-year contract.
