Richard Neussl, currently COO of Kontron Transportation, will become the new CEO of Kontron on 1st July 2024. He will succeed Bernd Eder, who will step down as CEO at the end of June 2024. Eder has held management positions at Kontron since 2019 and previously worked at Kapsch BusinessCom and as CFO of Kapsch CarrierCom. Neussl brings many years of international experience and has already headed the Group's sales division as COO. He plans to further expand Kontron's leading position in the field of communication solutions for mission-critical networks and to support customers in the transition to the new FRMCS standard.
