Romanian state railway CFR has published a tender for the delivery of a track ballast cleaning machine worth around €9 million (RON 45 million). CFR's fleet is currently worn out, technically obsolete and insufficient in number. For the technological process of track renewal and maintenance, it is necessary to provide suitable equipment with a minimum number of specialised machines. The deadline for submitting bids is 19th December 2023.
