The consultants will prepare procurement documents and contracts and advise the parties during the execution of the construction contracts. The announcement of alliance tenders is planned for the end of 2024, with the aim of completing alliance contracts in the first half of 2025. Up to 85% of the contract will be financed by the European Union's Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) funding programme. The completion of Rail Baltica will be delayed until after 2030.
