Sace from Italy committed €249 million, Kuke from Poland €205 million, and OeKB from Austria €176 million. The financing package also includes a separate commercial credit facility of €220 million, partly backed by the Islamic Corporation for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit (ICIEC). The financing will enable the construction of the new line, which will connect to the Ankara – Sivas HSR line opened in April 2023. The project is being realised by a joint venture of the Turkish construction companies Dogus Insaat, Celikler, and Özkar.
