Indian construction and infrastructure development company Dilip Buildcon has been awarded a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for the first phase of the Surat metro project. The project was prepared by the Surat Municipal Corporation through the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). In total, it features 38 metro stations on two metro lines with a length of 40.4 km. Line 1 is planned to run from Sarthana to Khajod, while line 2 will run from Bhesan to Saroli.
