TCR Rail Systems, a US supplier of signalling and communication systems, has been acquired by Rail Investments. The transaction was accompanied by RR Mergers & Acquisitions. Chris Ramey remains President and Tom Ramey remains COO of TCR, while Rail Investments principal Rick Turner will serve as TCR's CEO. Rail Investments is also the owner of the track maintenance company Superior Sales & Services from Omaha, Nebraska.
