US-based track modernisation systems provider Ensco Rail and Brazilian state-owned infrastructure company Valec have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to provide joint rail infrastructure services. To this end, Ensco's automated track inspection technology and engineering services will be combined with Valec's experience in railway engineering, construction and reporting.
