V-Híd founds tech company V4SIL with AZD Praha

Hungarian track construction company V-Híd has founded the new Hungarian company V4SIL with Czech company AZD Praha. The company is to implement planning and construction of train control systems, railway technology and IT solutions. The name is intended to recall the EU-internal Visegrád 4 cooperation. The goal is to launch products tailored to Hungary as an alternative to Western European products. V-Híd belongs to the group of companies owned by the oligarch Lörinc Mészáros. In addition, V-Híd has ordered a new SMD 80 high-speed conversion train from Plasser & Theurer.
