The infrastructure and terminal services provider North American Rail Solutions has acquired Condor Signals and Communications, a company specialising in signals and communications, through its Canadian subsidiary Universal Rail Systems. Condor will operate as part of the signalling division of Universal Rail Systems. Condor will also continue to operate its products under the Condor brand name.
