The consortium consisting of Thales, Ssisint, and Conecticabo has been awarded three contracts totalling over €10 million by Infraestruturas de Portugal (IP) for the renewal of telecommunications on the main lines of the Portuguese rail network. The contracts cover the telematics systems on the Sines, Evora, and Beira Alta lines and were awarded following successful participation in public tenders.
