On 4th January 2024, Artur Szumisz resigned from his position as CEO of Polish track construction company Trakcja to pursue new career plans. Andrzej Kozera, member of the Executive Board and Operations Director, took over his duties. Szumisz was appointed CEO of Trakcja in October 2022, shortly after the company was acquired by infrastructure operator PKP PLK. Kozera has been a member of Trakcja's Management Board since December 2022 and previously worked at PKP PLK. The Management Board of Trakcja currently consists of Andrzej Kozera, Bartlomiej Cygan (Technical Director), Jakub Lechowicz (Director of Internal Audit), and Jerzy Pazura (CFO).
