Stadler has proposed Danijela Karelse and Niko Warbanoff for election to the Board of Directors, which is to take place on 22nd May 2024. With this decision, the company is temporarily expanding the Board of Directors from eight to ten members; in the long term, the number of Board members is to be reduced to eight again. Danijela Karelse has worked as a financial expert in various management positions, currently as Group CFO at NETSTAL Maschinen AG. Niko Warbanoff has worked in the railway and automotive industries and is currently CEO of DB International Operations GmbH and the DB E.C.O. Group.
