The French company SNIC Technologies has taken over the signalling systems division of Vossloh Cogifer and renamed it SNIC Signalisation. SNIC Technologies has also acquired Maintenance Ferroviaire & Industrielle, a company specialising in signalling technology. The acquisition of the two companies strengthens SNIC Technologies' position in the market for rail transport systems and signalling. SNIC Technologies designs and manufactures components and systems for public transport and key infrastructure.
