Oliver Santen will take over as Head of Railway Communications in Germany for German state railway DB on 1st February 2024. He will join a team led by Nicole Mommsen, who has been Head of Communications and Marketing at DB since July 2023. Santen's predecessor, Jens-Oliver Voß, will manage communications for the public-interest infrastructure company InfraGo AG. Santen was Managing Director of Communications at the Association of German Banks (BdB) until August 2023.
