On 21st February 2023, the supervisory board of the machine and track construction company PPM-T appointed Aleksandra Merchel-Koter as the company's CEO. The previous CEO, Artur Szumisz, had left the company to become president of Trakcja. Merchel-Koter previously worked for six years as a contract manager and then as a project manager at the Polish infrastructure manager PKP PLK.
