Adif and Adif AV have appointed Irene Bonet Tous as Secretary General. Bonet is thus also secretary of the supervisory bodies of the two Spanish rail infrastructure managers. A lawyer and business economist with a degree from the ICADE School of Economics and Business Administration in Madrid, she has worked in public administration, including as Secretary of State in the Spanish Ministry of Transport Mitma. The General Secretariat at Adif and Adif AV provides legal assistance and mobilizes procurement and contracting processes of the different operational areas in accordance with public sector regulations.
