Getzner records 12% revenue increase in 2022

Austrian raw materials supplier Getzner Werkstoffe has reported a revenue of €150 million for its 2022 financial year. This corresponds to an increase of 12% compared to 2021. Overall, the company expanded its market presence in the railway sector in 2022. Services for customers are now also increasingly made available digitally in the form of online applications, such as for a digital sleeper sole that collects real-time data on railway operations. As an increasing number of railway lines around the world are being prepared for more sustainable mobility, Getzner expects to continue expanding its activities in this area and is recording rising demand in the industrial segment, while the construction sector is growing more slowly overall due to price increases and supply bottlenecks.
