US-based Ensco has acquired KLD Labs, a provider of AI-powered technologies for web inspection systems. In future, KLD Labs will operate as a subsidiary of Ensco. The companies will collaborate in the field of inspection technology. Ensco took over the management of the Transportation Technology Centre (TTC) in Pueblo, Colorado in March 2022.
