French construction company Eiffage has acquired the EQOS Group, which specialises in infrastructure services. The purchase of EQOS, which has been part of the Triton fund since 2014, employs around 1,700 people in several European countries. The EQOS brand is to be retained for all business divisions. The terms of the purchase, which is still subject to approval by the supervisory authorities, were not disclosed.
