Dr Hiie-Mai Unger has been appointed as the new Chairwoman of the Management Board of DB Systemtechnik and will take up her post on 1st April 2024. The subsidiary of German state railway DB provides engineering and testing services for the railway industry and employs approx. 1,100 people both in Germany and internationally. Dr Unger brings experience from various management positions at Bosch, particularly in the areas of digitalisation and sustainability. Her predecessor, Hans Peter Lang, will remain with the company until the end of July 2024 to ensure an orderly transition.
