The German public welfare-oriented infrastructure company DB InfraGo AG is to be fully operational from 1st January 2025. This was announced by Benedict Janich, Head of the Transformation DB AG Steering Group at the Federal Ministry of Transport, at an event organised by the Federal Network Agency and the University of Regensburg. The companies DB Netz and DB Station&Service, which will merge on 1st January 2024, need time to integrate. A service and financing agreement for InfraGo will also be produced by the start date.
