Adif has awarded a contract for the maintenance of the energy supply systems on the Madrid – Valladolid – León and Burgos sections of the High Speed Rail (HSR) line North from 2024 to 2028. The contractor is a joint venture (JV) comprising Syneox Rail, Electren, Elecnor Servicios y Proyectos, and Teléfonos Líneas y Centrales. The contract, worth €20.1 million, covers preventive and corrective maintenance of traction substations, auto transformer centers, and other energy supply systems.
