Software company Bentley Systems plans to acquire Portland-based EasyPower. EasyPower develops design and analysis tools including arc fault solutions for electrical engineers. These solutions are primarily used for the design, analysis and monitoring of power distribution systems for industrial and commercial facilities. Bentley Systems plans to integrate EasyPower's products with its OpenBuildings, OpenFlows, OpenPlant, OpenRail, and Bentley Raceway as well as Cable Management applications.
