The project promoter Société du Grand Paris (SGP) has awarded a joint venture (JV) of Alstom and Colas Rail a contract to supply the track, rigid overhead contact line, and track-side equipment for the second section of Line 17 of the Grand Paris Express (GPE) network. The second section runs 10 km from Le Bourget airport to the Parc des Expositions outside Roissy. Work will start in mid-2024.
