Technology company Accenture has acquired Perth-based consultancy ATI Solutions Group, which serves the mining, energy, and railway sectors. The acquisition, the terms of which were not disclosed, took place on 29th August 2023 and is expected to provide Accenture with access to the state of Western Australia. ATI has a broad range of expertise and experience in a wide range of capital projects. It helps clients automate and remotely operate mines and rail networks, set up intelligent maintenance workflows, analyse field data, and optimise operations. ATI's approx. 60 employees and contractors in Perth and other Australian locations will join Accenture's digital engineering and manufacturing service, Industry X.
