Vossloh supplies large turnout components to DB

Vossloh has signed a new framework agreement with the German state railway DB for the supply of major switch components. The contract runs for three years and covers call-offs until 2028. It also includes two optional years, meaning the contract could run for up to five years. The framework agreement is divided into specialist lots and includes, amongst other things, switch hearts, switch points and other key switch components. Depending on DB’s call-off behaviour, the total volume over the potential contract term could be well in excess of EUR 100 million. The components are intended for the infrastructure operator DB InfraGO for modernisation and renewal works on the network.
