Voestalpine Railway Systems has acquired 100% of the shares in UK of insulated joint manufacturer Hird Rail Services. Hird Rail Services will continue to operate under its existing brand name. The Doncaster site will be integrated into Voestalpine's global production and logistics network as a centre of excellence for insulated joint technology.
