On 1st June 2026, Mirjam van Velthuizen will take over as interim CEO of Dutch infrastructure operator ProRail. The current CEO John Voppen, who has served as ProRail’s Managing Director since 2019, is moving to become Chair of the Board at healthcare and care provider Total Care. Van Velthuizen has served as CFO at ProRail since November 2021 and will take on the role of interim CEO until a successor to Voppen is appointed.
