The UK and Vietnam have agreed a partnership for the digital transformation of Vietnam's railway sector. The UK will support the Ministry of Construction in Hanoi to develop high-tech, sustainable railway networks, drawing on experience from London's Elizabeth Line. The agreement builds on Crossrail International's work with the urban rail authorities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and aims to give UK planning, engineering and financial services providers better access to Vietnam's fast-growing railway market.
