On 6th April 2026, Progress Rail entered into an exclusive distribution and marketing agreement with the Triton Group for the distribution and marketing of its composite sleepers. According to the companies, the agreement combines Triton's materials expertise with Progress Rail's engineering capabilities and international sales network. Progress Rail stated that the products enable longer maintenance cycles and increased network reliability.
