On 8th April 2026, HZ Infrastruktura awarded a contract for the supply of a TMD-type track vehicle to railway construction machinery manufacturer Plasser & Theurer. In addition to the track vehicle, the Croatian infrastructure operator has awarded a further four lots for the supply of gantry cranes for track replacement, a machine for individual sleeper replacement, and four-axle freight wagons of the Facc and Uas types. The tendering processes for lots 2 to 4 were still ongoing at the time of the announcement. No winner was selected for lot 5 for the supply of Uas freight wagons. The total value of the tender is EUR 7.3 million.
