On 15th March 2023, Plasser & Theurer signed a contract with the Norwegian construction company Baneservice AS for the delivery of an electric tamping machine of the type Unimat 09-2X-4x4/4S Dynamic E³. It is equipped with the train control system ETCS. The tamping machine operates and runs with electricity from the overhead line (15 kV). In addition, Plasser & Theurer supplies a machine for ballast management with an integrated 10 m³ silo.
