The Norwegian Parliament has rejected the Hoyre Party's proposal to keep railway company Flytoget as an independent company, thereby enabling the planned merger of Flytoget and railway company Vy, which is to be fully integrated by 2028. Flytoget AS has been a subsidiary of Vy since 2024.
