The general meetings of the companies RFI, Trenitalia, Anas, Italferr, Busitalia, FS Sistemi Urbani, Ferservizi and FS International, which are under the umbrella of Italian state railway FSI, appointed new board members on 6th March 2025. Paola Firmi was appointed President of infrastructure operator RFI, while Aldo Isi will serve as Managing Director. Gianpiero Strisciuglio takes over the management of Trenitalia. Anas has appointed Giuseppe Pecoraro as President and Claudio Andrea Gemme as Managing Director. Dario Lo Bosco becomes Managing Director of Italferr. Busitalia appoints Flavio Nogara as President and Serafino Lo Piano as Managing Director. FS Sistemi Urbani has appointed Maria Rosa Sessa as President and Matteo Colamussi as Managing Director. Stefano Cervone becomes Managing Director of Ferservizi. Luigi Corradi takes over the management of FS International. The positions at RFI, Trenitalia and Ferservizi will end with the approval of the 2025 financial statements, while the other positions will be valid for the three-year period 2025-2027.
