German state railway DB has appointed Klaus Müller as the new CEO of Projekt Stuttgart-Ulm GmbH (PSU) with effect from 1st March 2026. He succeeds Olaf Drescher, who is retiring. Müller has been a member of the PSU Management Board since the beginning of 2026 and has worked for the DB Group since 2001. Most recently, he was Chief Digital Officer at the infrastructure division DB InfraGO and previously headed DB Kommunikationstechnik for several years. Drescher had been responsible for the technology business area at PSU since February 2018 and took over as CEO in 2020.
