Polish construction company Mirbud has acquired a 92.78% stake in the Kielce-based company Transkol. The purchase price amounts to a total of around €16.3 million (PLN 77.5 million). The payment will be made in two instalments. The first instalment of around €6.3 million will be paid upon signing the contract, followed by a further €10 million by 14th February 2025. This step marks Mirbud's entry into the Polish railway construction industry.
