UK-based construction and consultancy firm Mace has been appointed as the programme management partner for Hong Kong public transport operator MTR to deliver its new expansion projects. Mace will establish a project management office to enable the implementation of project management and digital systems to support transformation and digital project objectives. The partnership aims to further enhance MTR's project management capabilities and enable the establishment of integrated project controls, digital services, and engineering construction contracts.
