Ineco wins contracts to monitor maintenance of HSR lines

The Spanish Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility Mitma has awarded Ineco contracts to monitor the maintenance of over 3,000 km of high-speed rail (HSR) lines. These contracts worth €73 million cover the supervision of all aspects of maintenance, such as tracks, electrification, structures, tunnel ventilation, emergency facilities, and telecommunications. The contracts are divided geographically: the north region with the Madrid – León and Burgos – Ourense lines at €18.5 million, the south region with the Madrid – Seville and Málaga – Granada lines at €17.9 million, the north-east region with the Madrid – Huesca and Barcelona – French border lines at €19.4 million, as well as the east region with lines from Madrid to València, Castelló de la Plana, Alicante, and Murcia at €17.1 million.
