The Hangzhou – Wenzhou high-speed rail (HSR) line in the Chinese province of Zhejiang started operations on 6th September 2024. With a total length of 276 km, the line connects the cities of Hangzhou, Jinhua, Taizhou, and Wenzhou, and is designed for speeds of up to 350 km/h. The fastest connection from Hangzhou West to Wenzhou North is 87 minutes. The line is connected to the Hangzhou HSR network via the stations of Tonglu East and Hangzhou West, and to the Hangzhou – Shenzhen railway line via Wenzhou North.
