Polish project developer CPK and Korean infrastructure manager Korean National Railway (KNR) have signed a cooperation agreement for the development of high-speed rail (HSR) servcies in Poland. CPK had previously signed agreements with South Korean partners, for example with airport operator Incheon in 2021 for consulting services and with a consortium consisting of KNR and Dohwa Engineering in 2023 for the planning of a 70 km section between Katowice and the Czech border.
