Colas Rail wins three contracts for Kenitra – Marrakesh HSR line

Colas Rail has received three orders worth a total of €430 million from Moroccan state railway ONCF for the expansion of the Kenitra – Marrakesh high-speed rail (HSR) line. The contracts were signed in January 2025 and concern the section between Kenitra and Casablanca. The Moroccan Colas subsidiary GTR was awarded the third contract section, worth almost €180 million, as well as for construction and civil engineering works on tracks already in operation, worth €50 million. The work is to be completed by 2027. Colas Rail is taking on the planning and construction of the track systems, overhead lines and substations for a total of €200 million. Completion is scheduled for 2028.
