British Steel has secured a further order worth EUR 39.9 million (GBP 35 million) to supply rails for the Turkish high-speed rail (HSR) network. The contract supplements a 2024 delivery for the Mersin – Adana – Gaziantep HSR line. According to British Steel, rails worth EUR 34.1 million have already been delivered with the support of UK Export Finance.
