The Antalya City Council has approved the construction of the fourth phase of the AntRay light rail transit (LRT) network between Konyaaltı and Varsak. Work is scheduled to begin in 2026 and be completed by the end of 2028. Phase 4 comprises an 18 km line with 18 stations, including around 6 km of tunnel at a depth of approximately 30 m. The total budget is around EUR 443.6 million (TRY 23 billion), with a significant portion to be financed by foreign loans. In addition, on 21st January 2026, Prowin Engineering presented geotechnical investigations for the 22 km fifth phase of extension, which will connect Konyaaltı, Lara and Kundu.
