North American Rail Solutions has acquired Queen City Railroad Construction, a track construction and maintenance company, through its subsidiary American Track. Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, the company provides construction and maintenance services to industrial railway line and shortline operators. Queen City will be integrated into American Track’s construction division. President Mark Edmands will remain at the company's helm following the sale.
