Spanish railway infrastructure manager Adif has completed the reorganisation of its management structure with the appointment of the heads of the new general directorates. Luis Llamas Martínez will become General Director of Planning, Projects and Construction. The General Directorate for Operations will be headed by Raúl Míguez Bailo, currently Deputy Director on the Adif Management Board. Juan Pablo Villanueva Beltramini, currently General Director of Construction and Head of Adif Alta Velocidad (AV), will become General Director of Business and Customers. Concepción Casillas Martín, Adif's Director of Human Resources since 2024, will be General Director for Human Resources, Strategy and Security. Manuel Martínez Cepeda, Adif's Commercial Director, will be General Director for Finance, Procurement and Systems. Irene Bonet Tous will remain General Secretary of Adif and Adif AV in the rank of General Director.
